Abstract

This course focuses on the training of women who wish to develop their own entrepreneurial activities and start-ups, with a focus on the area of commerce and logistics. This course promotes specific training, allowing participants to acquire practical skills and competences in order to generate economic, cultural and social value.

Una chiara pianificazione strategica rappresenta per le aziende il principale strumento per implementare processi di sviluppo e innovazione, per sostenere la crescita aziendale e consolidare la competitività sul mercato. La pianificazione strategica fornisce un vantaggio competitivo alle imprese, perché permette loro non solo di reagire alle variazioni di mercato, ma anche di analizzare e sviluppare idee per entrare in nuovi mercati, sviluppare nuovi modelli d'impresa, ecc. Inoltre, rappresenta un requisito per essere innovativi e per salvaguardare il livello occupazionale aziendale. In molte grandi imprese, la creazione e l'implementazione di processi di pianificazione strategica rappresenta un aspetto fondamentale, al contrario delle piccole e medie imprese in cui questa componente è del tutto assente. Infatti, benché le PMI attuino processi di pianificazione aziendale, si osserva una minore attenzione alla strategia rispetto alle imprese più grandi.
